Josh, Client Support & Brand Development
Josh has built a strong work ethic from a young age through entrepreneurial, community, and service-based experience. From selling homemade products and fundraising through wreath sales, to working with Species at Risk and now in the service industry at Boston Pizza, he has developed strong communication skills, confidence in customer interaction, and a natural ability to connect with people.
He plays a growing role in the company’s social media, online presence, and marketing efforts, while continuing to provide dependable support as Lap of Luxury grows. He also enjoys music, sports, and bringing fresh energy to the brand.
Shannon, Client Services & Operations
With over 22 years of management experience, Shannon brings strong leadership, organization, and operational oversight to every aspect of the business. Her background includes managing high-responsibility environments where trust, communication, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.
Her experience helps shape the structured, dependable, and client-focused approach behind Lap of Luxury. She also enjoys spending time gardening, working in the greenhouse, and taking pride in outdoor spaces and landscaping.
Scott, Property Care & Operations
Scott brings over 16 years of hotel and hospitality experience in British Columbia, along with 12 years at Michelin. He is known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to maintaining high standards in both presentation and hands-on property care.
His practical approach and pride in doing things properly make him a valued part of the care and support we provide. He also has a genuine appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys time spent exploring, metal detecting, and working with his hands.
